1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout or shared during order confirmation.
3. Delivery Time
Within Maharashtra: 2–4 business days
Within India: 4–7 business days
International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email to track your shipment.
6. Delays
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation issues, or customs clearance (for international shipments). YODDHA GROUP is not liable for such delays but will assist in tracking your shipment.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos). We will assist in resolving the issue.
8. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. SG CORP will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
